Place the order on that dress, Note that you will be charged a 40% security fee which will be refunded to you when you return the dress. Pay the total using Mpesa(till no.687356).We will deliver the gown to your home or office or you can pick it up in Nairobi CBD.

Wear the gown on your special day and after you are done, drop it off at CBD or send it back to us using the delivery method you used (Easy coach or EMS),We refund you the security fee we charged. We will then dry clean the gown thoroughly and make it available for another bride.

We would like for you to leave a review on the product and service you used to help us become better.You can create an account with us to receive coupons and notification on brand new dresses and jewellery which are sold at a very low price. It’s that simple.

We have a 7 day return policy. Products bought from Happy Wishy can be returned up to 7 days but the customer needs to claim for the return immediately they receive the product and notice any fault. The product must be in great condition as it was shipped.

In case after 2 days you notice an in play fault in video games, You can return it in 7 days and another game will be sent to you.

FURTHER INVESTIGATIONS

In case we feel the return claim is falsified, we will take a maximum of two weeks to investigate the case and get back to you.

The rental period is 12 days for wedding dresses and 10 days for evening dresses.An additional cost of Ksh.400 per day will be charged for delays of returning the gown or dresses.If the gown you desire isn’t available due to being rented out, You can book it for free and once it is available we will notify you.

A small security fee of 40% the total price of the gown will be charged and refunded when returning the gown.

There is an option to try on wedding dresses at home at a fee of Ksh.2000 which will be used to re-dryclean the gown. This option is only available for Nairobi county residents.

We strive to ship your products as soon as possible but we give it an average of three days.

Don’t worry, we will do the dry cleaning for you. We have a thorough 3-day dry cleaning process from the best dry cleaners available

You can request to fit a dress at a fee of Ksh.2000. The dress will be delivered to your home or office and you can engage your family members and friends on how it looks on you and also take some pictures. In case you want to save on the fitting cost, Measure yourself at home and provide the information to us through Whatsapp. Also, use the size chart on our site to guide you.

If you live outside Nairobi, We will ship the gown using EMS(posta) or Easy coach and the returning process will be the same which is you will ship the gown back to us. Or you can choose to come and pick it at CBD and return it as well.

Other products will be available for selling at low prices which is a reason why you need to have an account with us to get alerts when they drop. The products regardless of their low prices will be brand new and of good quality.

For now we have stopped retailing bridesmaid dresses but we will be willing to refer you to a designer if you need them.
